From reactivity to Confident Communication
You are in a leading position yet high-stakes presentations leave you exhausted? When the pressure rises, you sometimes "lose it", overthink, or get defensive?

I help leaders build a trustworthy reputation and a team that willingly acts on what they say - the kind of leadership that gets them promoted.

that means:

• Lead with confident authorityÂ
• Stay calm and credible when challenged
• Speak with convincing clarity and authenticity
Â

Become a Confident CommunicatorÂ

Â
My foundation is a three-year state-certified education as a Breath, Speech & Voice Teacher (ASSL).
Â
This program combines psychology, communication, and artistic expression into an interdisciplinary approach.
Â
It also included extensive supervised therapeutical work.
Â
Both in one-on-one as well as in seminar, I worked with musical actors, leaders, and business owners to improve the skill to communicate, as well as to be more expressive in the way you speak and communicate through body language.Â

Ever since I was young, two questions fascinated me:
Â
Who are we beneath all our conditioning?
Â
How can we live most authentic and meaningful?
Â
Over the years these questions accompanied me through psychology, communication, art and coaching.

What mattered most wasn't collecting techniques - it was discovering practical ways to help people experience more freedom in everyday life and become better communicators.Â

For many years I've explored communication. self-development, coaching, and therapeutic tools.Â

Historical figures like Paul Watzlawick, Carl Jung, Friz Perls, and Steve Andreas have had a profound impact on my understanding of the human psyche the way we communicate and the nature of consciousness.

Â
creativity and the pursuit of excellence essential parts of who I am.

Beside professional communication trainings and studies, leading interdisciplinary projects and theater have all been important teachers.

These experiences keep my coaching grounded, human and alive.
